Digital Marketing Project Manager

Remote position. Part-time.

InThink Agency, a digital growth agency, is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager (DPM). The DPM is responsible for leading the customer experience for our diverse set of clients, ensuring that our team works well together and all marketing deliverables are on-time, on-budget, and of high quality. The ideal candidate will:

Digital projects will include: websites, content, videos, events, conversational marketing, e-commerce, social media, campaigns, and search engine optimization, among others. Thus, the DPM should be tech-savvy and have a full understanding of how to manage a digital marketing project in its entirety with little supervision. You will have a team of marketing creatives and strategists to execute on deliverables, but you will be responsible for outlining the timeline and assigning tasks as needed. 


  • Degree or proven work experience
  • REQUIRED: 2 years of experience in digital development and project management

Digital Project Manager

Advanced UX/UI Web + Graphic Designer

Remote position. Part-time.

InThink Agency is looking for an experienced UX/UI Web + Graphic Designer. This person will work closely with our Creative Director to deliver the best online user experience for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for the design and client communication aspect of the web project, while the Developer will build out the code and backend. You should be willing and able to take on project-based graphic design elements as well. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Writing and editing content

  • Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
  • Testing and improving the design of the website.

Sales Closer

Remote position. Part-time.
100% commission-based with the opportunity to move to base-salary + commission/bonus.

We are looking for a results-driven sales rep with a proven track record of closing deals. In this role, you will deploy InThink’s sales strategy and then be responsible for its execution. As a process-driven organization, you will be required to use a variety of measurement tools including HubSpot. You will be tasked with properly forecasting your new sales numbers, achieving your sales goals each month, and creating long-lasting relationships with prospective clients. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Proactively seek out new leads/partnerships/business opportunities (cold outreach) 
  • Be comfortable speaking with C-Suite executives
  • Create sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales leads
  • Mentor other sales team members on sales processes and best practices – help them get to where you are
  • Fulfill the sales process from start to finish, including proposal writing and Account Management once client signs on
  • Take a consultative sales approach by identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate (potentially custom) products/services
  • Use HubSpot Customer Relationship Management system to gather and report calls and outcomes
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

InThink Agency is looking for a technical SEO expert who possesses the skills, communication, and organization required to interface with both the marketing and web development teams on integrated projects. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Review and analyze client sites for areas that need to be improved, deleted, or revised
  • Create detailed reports outlining advanced SEO strategies for Clients and Project Managers
  • Create a custom dashboard that showcases the KPIs the Client wants to track for success
  • Perform keyword, industry, and competitor research using SEMRush, SpyFu, and other popular online marketing tools. Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for client sites
  • Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, security, payment options, shipping options, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns
  • Run pay-per-click campaigns. Adjust PPC campaigns as needed
  • Improve a company’s organic search results
  • Ensure websites are filled with optimal keywords and phrases based on buyers intent (work with our lead web developer for implementation)

InThink Agency is looking for an experienced content writer who can write digital pieces (web copy, blogs, newsletters, white papers, and more) for our diverse set of clients. Client industries include:

Responsibilities + Duties

  • Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print

InThink is seeking an experienced and results-driven Brand + Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for our diverse portfolio of clients. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Build, plan and implement inbound digital marketing strategies

Brand + Digital Marketing Strategist

Creative Director with Graphic Design Expertise

We’re looking for a virtuoso creative director with graphic design and branding expertise.
